EMMAUS were appointed as QS and PM for the extension of the incredibly popular Chai Wu restaurant in Harrods.

The concept for the extension was to keep to the current restaurant, which offers a luxury spin on pan-Asian cuisine, whilst extending the facility for private dining as well as increasing the number of existing covers.

“Taking inspiration from the five elements of Chinese philosophy – wood, metal, water, earth and fire – the restaurant provides a warm fine-dining experience, while the open kitchen allows guests a glimpse into the intricacies of pan-Asian cooking”

The works were completed in 2022.
