HARRODS DINING HALL, LONDON

EMMAUS provided Project Management and Cost Management services on this project working alongside David Collins Studio and the Harrods team.

  • The original room dates from 1901 and the project was just as much about restoration of the historic fabric as it was in providing 6 first class dining offers.

  • The tiling was fully restored and the design by DCS sympathetic to the surroundings.

  • The project also included new front and back of house kitchens, freezers, walk in fridges and potwash.

  • The room has The Grill, The Pasta Bar, Cavier House & Prunier, The Sushi Bar, Kama by Vineet and The Fish Bar.

  • All these menu required specialist kitchen equipment which we worked with a kitchen design to budget, space plan, procure and deliver.

  • ‘The new Dining Hall is a dynamic, live experience celebrating the exceptional level of talent and service our team of 150-in house chefs and servers deliver daily to our discerning customers,’ says Andy Cook, Executive Chef at Harrods.
