EMMAUS provide Cost Management Services on McDonald’s refit roll-out and have completed 120 projects across the UK.
The projects involve the refurbishment and extension of existing restaurants, both modular built drive-thru buildings as well as high profile city centre restaurants.
We have grown our service to work on projects nationally including Central London.
The projects vary in value depending upon the project scope and key business objectives for the restaurants and follow a streamlined roll-out process.
We manage the project costs and report financially to both McDonald’s and their Franchisees pre and post contract to enable them to drive best value out of each individual project.
Central to our Cost Management role is the liaison between both McDonald’s and the Franchisee, in order to advise on the various funding arrangements and ensure both client and franchisee expectations are met.
