Continuing an established relationship from Canon Park, EMMAUS and MRP are working together with VITA on the development for new student accommodation on Gough Street, Birmingham.
The site would see a brownfield plot regenerated to contain 540 studios across two ajoining buildings spanning 29 storeys (the smaller of the two buildings is a proposed 10 storeys).
