The site is located at 18-24 Broadwick Street, W1F 8HT on the north side of Broadwick Street at its junction with Berwick Street and is within the Soho Conservation Area. The is rectangular shape of approximately 25 metres by 18.5 metres . The works was split into two main works which are as follow:-
The enabling works comprise the demolition of the existing buildings and the retention of the existing façade to Nr. 18 Broadwick Street, Excavation of an additional two-storey basements. With the Main Construction works comprising of and design and construction of a new 57 key, 5-star hotel with rooms arranged on the first to sixth floor and a roof top restaurant and bar on the seventh and eighth floors, with an overall development of 40,971ft² nett internal area
