Page 8 is the first for this Hong Kong based hotel developer in Europe. Their inviting rooms are quaint and cosy, make for the perfect urban explorer. From bronze accents to marble finishes, the interiors are dressed to impress.

The original building was a 1960’s office block in the heart of the Westminster opposite Trafalgar Square.

EMMAUAS provided cost management services on the conversion of existing office buildings to a new high-end boutique hotel featuring new restaurants and 36 keys. The cost of the conversion being £23m.Creating a new floor for a stunning rooftop bar and restaurant facilities, four retail units at basement and ground floor level. The façade has new windows and there were also major alterations throughout the building to change the use from office to 35,628 sq ft hotel. A complication was retaining an existing Post Office throughout the works.
