The Isle of Grain site is Aggregate Industries key distribution center.
Aggregate industries who Manufacture and supply construction and building materials utilize this site and is key to business operations.
EMMAUS were appointed to be CA/QS on the civil and drainage works to a new area of the site formally occupied by national grid.
The contract works included large box culvert installation, complex drainage works, pond creation and habitat zones, ground remedial and stabilisation works in the two-phase project.
Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services were provided.
