Velocity42 involved the remediation and development of a 20 acre brownfield site, delivering 5 units of over 330,000sqft space.
This consisted of high quality B1, B2 and B8 space on a pre-let and speculative basis.
The opportunity to secure planning and bring the units to market in good time was achieved by close collaboration between the team and the selected Contractor.
Both parties shared the client’s aspirations for the scheme to be of the highest quality and delivered to market at the earliest opportunity.
The project comprised remediation, ground improvements, provision of off and on site infrastructure and delivery of high quality industrial and distribution units with 5% offices.
The scheme was completed on time and on budget with the Unit 1 occupier taking possession 24 hours post-Practical Completion following close planning with the Tenant team.
Cost Consultancy, Employers Agent and Project Management services were provided.
